This will provide you with a consultation and examination with the doctor, diagnosis and treatment options, and includes your initial treatment.
All you need to do is call (912) 268-2783 and mention the Special Offer when you make your first appointment to receive our reduced $67.00 new patient fee.
While it’s not required to have an appointment to be seen during our patient hours, it's not a bad idea to make an appointment for your first visit as it will take a little extra time to setup your file.
